Credit Card and Fax Order Form
When you place an order with Drum Solutions, we make sure that your Credit Card information is completely secure. We utilize SSL security data encryption in our checkout process. This can be verified by the locked paddle lock icon located in the lower left corner of your IE browser. Always look for this when you give out Credit Card or other private information over the Internet. It has come to our attention that some customers do not wish to give out there Credit Card information over the Internet. In order to better serve our customers we have included the Order Sheet via FAX option. We hope this will satisfy our customers that are a little apprehensive about Internet Security.
Submitting a FAX order form is simple and easy.1. Click here to open the FAX order form in Adobe Acrobat format.
2. If you do not have the Adobe PDF file reader you can download it by following the Adobe link below.
3. Print out the form.
4. Fill out this form with all of your billing and shipping information, noting the required fields.
5. Finally fax the completed form to us at (262) 548-8915.
6. The Sales department will e-mail you the total cost of the order, including shipping.
