The Wizard Top Off is designed for use on 30 to 55 gallon drums. The unit is simple to use. Easily mounts on the chime of the drum. The blade is easily replaced in minutes. Cutting angles are set for maximum penetration and service life.

Wizard manual chopper type deheaders for opening the occasional drum, about 10 drums per week. This unit has a long handle for excellent leverage. Ribbed grip for comfort, easy to use and adjust. Works on all 30-55 gallon steel drums. The blade is hardened steel. The construction is completely metal, except the bolts, are annealed ductile iron. No hardware to stretch or work loose. Unit length is 24" when fully extended.
